While the market is still digesting last week's historic rate hikes from the Fed and the Bank of Japan, crypto is starting the week on an absolute tear. Bitcoin is up nearly six percent today, with Solana ripping seven and a half percent higher.

This isn't just a minor bounce. Bitcoin is pushing eighty-five thousand dollars, a key resistance level. On the week, it's up nearly nine percent, and Solana is up a massive fourteen and a half percent. This points to that 'altcoin native strength' we've seen, where investors are hunting for specific stories, not just trading macro fear.

My read is this is a direct challenge to last week's narrative. Central bank tightening was supposed to be the major headwind. Instead, crypto is acting like the worst is priced in. The market is effectively calling the central banks' bluff, betting this tightening cycle is closer to its end than its beginning.

I’m tracking this rotation and these key levels on korra dot finance. But the entire story comes down to the chart. Bitcoin is testing eighty-five thousand dollars right now. If that level breaks and holds, this rally has legs. If it gets rejected here, the bears are still in charge.
